Adult therapy provides support for individuals as they navigate the challenges and complexities of adulthood. These may include managing stress, improving relationships, addressing career concerns, adapting to life transitions, and overcoming mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Through a collaborative and personalized approach, therapy enables adults to gain deeper insights, develop effective coping strategies, and foster personal growth. Whether focused on immediate concerns or long-term goals, adult therapy empowers individuals to enhance their emotional well-being and live more fulfilling lives.

Child therapy is designed to help children and adolescents navigate emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. Through age-appropriate techniques such as play, art, and talk therapy, children can express themselves, process difficult emotions, and develop effective coping skills. Child therapy addresses a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, family transitions, and social difficulties. The goal is to create a safe, nurturing environment that promotes growth and empowers children to thrive.

Couples Therapy

Couples Therapy

Couples Therapy is a therapeutic approach intended for two individuals that are struggling with distress in their relationship. The distress is often caused by poor communication skills, ineffective coping skills of one or both partners, and/or incompatibility. The goal of treatment is to reestablish a healthy level of functioning for the individuals in the relationship. This approach is intended to assist couples in gaining awareness of the areas in which they are currently dissatisfied and experiencing problems and provide them with the tools and skills needed to restore their relationship.

An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential service provided by employers to help employees manage personal or work-related challenges that may impact their mental health and overall well-being. EAPs offer access to a range of support services, including counseling, stress management, mental health resources, and referrals to specialists.
At Live Free Therapy, we accept EAP services and are committed to helping employees manage stress, anxiety, depression, and other life challenges in a safe and confidential environment. Our goal is to support employees in improving both their personal well-being and work performance.

Family Therapy is a form of counseling that is intended to assist family members in enhancing interpersonal communication and resolving conflicts. Family therapy sessions may often involve all family members, or it can just involve a few members that are able and willing to undergo treatment. The goal of therapy is to help members develop skills that will assist them in strengthening family connections and coping effectively with stress and conflict in the future.

Group Therapy

Group Therapy 2.jpg

Group therapy is a therapeutic approach that involves a small, carefully facilitated group of individuals who meet regularly to discuss and work on common concerns, challenges, or goals. It provides a safe and collaborative space for participants to share, learn, and offer support to one another under the guidance of a trained therapist.

Group therapy sessions are typically led by one or more experienced therapists. Participants gather to discuss and explore their shared experiences, challenges, or goals in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
Our skilled therapists guide the discussions, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to speak, listen, and offer insights. Participants offer support, feedback, and perspectives to one another, creating a sense of community and shared understanding.

Depending on the group's focus, participants may learn coping skills, communication techniques, and strategies for personal growth. Group therapy sessions are conducted with a strong emphasis on confidentiality, creating a safe space for open sharing.

Group therapy is suitable for individuals dealing with a wide range of concerns, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and personal growth goals. It's an excellent choice if you value connection and support from others who can relate to your experiences.
